For our third summer of the Vilacello String and Piano Festival, we are creating a fellowship program for talented oboe and french horn players to perform with our string chamber orchestra for our “Faculty Solo Showcase Concerto Performance” on Friday August 15th at 6:30 pm at Alsace Lutheran Church in Reading, Pennsylvania. The fellowship includes 2 hour rehearsals everyday between August 12th – 14th in the afternoon.
Only two oboe players and two french horn players will be accepted. Out of state students will receive a host family.
Audition Requirements: Two contrasting pieces of your choice and a letter of recommendation from a current teacher to vilacellocontactus@gmail.com.
